FISHBYTE, in collaboration with Oasis Hatchery, today participated in an interactive knowledge-sharing workshop with more than 100 shrimp farmers in Dacope Upazila, Khulna.

The session was organized and coordinated by Mr. Md. Abu Bakar Siddique, Senior Upazila Fisheries Officer, Dacope Upazila. Farmers, both men and women shared their practical experiences, production challenges, and day-to-day farming concerns, creating an open platform for practical discussion and knowledge exchange.

The workshop focused on improved shrimp farming practices, farm management, problem-solving approaches, and sustainable production. The interactive format allowed farmers to connect their field-level challenges with practical technical guidance.
